There is a new 6-lane road widening project that is ongoing. This is of the Kalyan-Shil road and it leads to Vashi and Kalyan. There is also road widening and a flyover being constructed along Mumbra Shilphata and this will commute time to Thane.

The 4-lane MIDC road that leads to Taloja and the proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport is also easily accessible from Palava Lakeshore Greens. Construction of the Airoli-Palava Elevated Road (via Parsik Hill) has also begun. This is said to be able to reduce the time taken to get to Airoli from Palava Lakeshore Greens by at least 20 minutes!

If you love the efficiency and reliability of the Mumbai trains, then you’re in luck because the closest station is Nilje. From here you have access to 16 trains that run to Diva (Central Line), Panvel (Harbour Line), and Vasai (Western Line). There is also news of an approved new line to Navi Mumbai (Kalwa-Airoli). In addition, there is a planned metro from Taloja to Kalyan with stops in/near Palava.

The new proposed Navi Mumbai International Airport is very close to Palav, making air travel also easily accessible.
